In other words, the Gateway immediately recognizes new end-users on the network, remembers returning users and redirects their browser to customized Web pages. There's no need for your guests to change any of their default network, e-mail, or browser settings or load any special software to access the Internet. It's completely plug and play with any browser. Our system is an ideal wireless solution for properties wanting to support up to 200 rooms in hotels, coffee shops, airports, conference facilities and other sites that host business travelers. Account generation is done either manually via attached admin PC or via an included thermal printer.

Security :

CSC's wireless technology utilizes both hardware and software to implement redundant security. There is full port-to-port security. The property as well as the guest can be confident that they will have high-speed access without compromising security.

Email :

Guests can send and receive email without modifying incoming and outgoing email settings in their email clients such as Outlook, Eudora and Netscape Messenger. Guests can spend more time being productive and less time configuring their computers.

VPN Compatible :

VPN connectivity for NAT (network address translation) enabled VPN systems for guests that require VPN connectivity. Ensures that guests will be able to get the same productivity they have come to expect from high-speed Internet access.

Reports:

Full range of password protected management reports available to track customer usage. Reports are available both onsite and offsite allowing multi-unit owners to track usage for multiple properties from a central office. All reports and administrative functions are available through a web based interface. No proprietary hardware or software is required.

Plug n Play:

For guests with a wireless card already installed in their laptops, its just plug and play connectivity. If a guest requires a wireless card it is available at the front desk which is hassle free and no software installation required. 24/7 toll-free technical support is available for your guest and staff.
